About Fitness Classes
Develop strength, mobility and flexibility in a safe environment. These classes will be 30 minutes long and focus on body weight and functional training. Those new to working out are encouraged to attend, classes will be designed to accommodate any fitness level.

Utilizing the methodologies of Functional Range Conditioning and Kinstretch, these classes will be designed to help you move better through optimizing joint health.
